【摘要】:1.1Thisdocumentappliesfor:?fillingmachineswithcylinderandpiston,?fillingmachineswithfeedintakehopper,feederandloadingdevice,?auxiliarymachinesforfillingmachines.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytofillingmachineswithcylinderandmanualoperation.Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachines,appliancesandmachinery,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturerandalsothereasonableforeseeablemisuse(seeClause4).Thesesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsexistduringthewholelifeoffillingmachines.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletofillingmachinesandauxiliarymachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.Fillingmachinesdescribedinthisdocumentarenoforming,fillingandsealingmachinesasdescribedinEN415-3.Clippingmachinesarenotcoveredbythisdocument.1.2Thisdocumentcoversthefollowingtypesoffillingmachinesandauxiliarymachines:1.2.1Fillingmachineswithcylinder?Fillingmachineswithcylinderconsistofpiston,closingcover,machineframeaccessorydrivepartsandelectricalandhydrauliccomponents.?Thematerialbeingprocessedwillbefedbyhandintothecylinder.ThedistanceH1fromthefloor(standingarea)tothemiddleofthedischargeport(fillinghorn)is>975mm(seeFigure1).?Fillingmachineswithcylinderwillbeswitchedonoroffbyaknee-operatedleverswitch.?Fillingmachineswithcylindercanbefittedwith;?dividerslidevalve,?dividerrotatingvalve.1.2.2Fillingmachineswithfeedintakehopper?Fillingmachineswithfeedhopperintake(withorwithoutinfeedauger)consistoffeederondischargesideofthefeedintakehopper,machineframe,accessorydrivepartsandelectric,electronicorpneumaticcomponents,dependingonmachinetype.?Thematerialbeingprocessedwillbefedbyhandintothefeedinghopperofthefillingmachine.?Processingoflargerquantitiesoffillingmaterialandtheheightofthefillingmachinewithfeedintakehoppercanmakeitnecessarytoprovidealoadingdevice.Theloadingdeviceiscoveredbythisdocument.?ThedistanceH1fromthefloor(standingarea)tothemiddleofthedischargeport(fillinghorn)is>975mm(seeFigure2).?Fillingmachineswillbeswitchedonoroffbyknee-operatedleverswitchesorhandoperatedswitchesand/orremotecontrolsignals.?Fillingmachineswithfeedintakehoppercanbeequippedwith;?dividerdevice,?coverorphotoelectricguardatthemouthofthefeedintakehopper,?pressureactivatedtripbarorlightbarrieratthehopperedge,?dividedfeedintakehopper,?ploughorcounterauger,?interlockedsteporinterlockedladder,?twohandcontrolatthemouthofthefeedintakehopper,?loadingdevice.1.2.3Auxiliarymachines?Auxiliarymachinesconsistofdevicesforfilling,portioning,twisting,displacing,forming,mincingandofadrivesystem.?Auxiliarymachinesdonotoperateindependently.Thesemachineswillbeactuateddirectlyorbyfillingmachines(seeFigures3to9).?Auxiliarymachineswillbeswitchedonoroffbykneeoperatedleverswitchesorhandoperatedswitchesand/orremotecontrolsignals.?Auxiliarymachinescanbefittedwith;?dividingdevice,?hangingdevice.1.3IntendeduseDuringtheproductionofthisdocumentthefollowingassumptionsweremade:Fillingmachinesareinstalledinasufficientlylightedplace.Theyareusedonlybydesignatedandskilledoperators.Fillingmachinesarenotforeseentobecleanedwithpressurizedwater(e.g.tapwater).
