【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000isapplicabletoinstrumentationintendedformeasuringspectralcomponentsinthefrequencyrangeupto9kHzwhicharesuperimposedonthefundamentalofthepowersupplysystemsat50Hzand60Hz.Forpracticalconsiderations,thisstandarddistinguishesbetweenharmonics,interharmonicsandothercomponentsabovetheharmonicfrequencyrange,upto9kHz.Thisstandarddefinesthemeasurementinstrumentationintendedfortestingindividualitemsofequipmentinaccordancewithemissionlimitsgivenincertainstandards(forexample,harmoniccurrentlimitsasgiveninIEC61000-3-2)aswellasforthemeasurementofharmoniccurrentsandvoltagesinactualsupplysystems.Instrumentationformeasurementsabovetheharmonicfrequencyrange,upto9kHzistentativelydefined(seeAnnexB).NOTE1ThisdocumentdealsindetailwithinstrumentsbasedonthediscreteFouriertransform.NOTE2Thedescriptionofthefunctionsandstructureofthemeasuringinstrumentsinthisstandardisveryexplicitandmeanttobetakenliterally.ThisIsduetothenecessityofhavingreferenceinstrumentswithreproducibleresultsirrespectiveofthecharacteristicsoftheinputsignals.NOTE3Theinstrumentisdefinedtoaccommodatemeasurementsofharmonicsuptothe50thorder.
