【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsrelatingtotesting,packaging,labellingandterminologyforsteriletubularvascularprosthesesintendedtoreplace,bypassortoformshuntsbetweensegmentsofthevascularsysteminhumans.ThisInternationalStandardaddressesvascularprosthesesthataremadewhollyorpartlyof:materialsofbiologicalorigin;synthetictextilematerials;andsyntheticnontextilematerials.Inaddition,guidanceforcharacterizationofcompoundandcompositeprosthesesisprovided.Itspecifiesthedesignationofmaterialsofmanufactureandtheconstruction,andspecifiesthedesignationofsizesanddimensionsofvascularprostheses.Itreferstobiologicalrequirementsofthematerialsofconstructionandofthefinishedproduct,takingintoaccounttheappropriatepartofthehorizontalInternationalStandardISO10993.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesthedesignationofmechanicalproperties.Itdescribesmethodsforthemeasurementandverificationofthedimensionsandmechanicalpropertiesdeclaredbythemanufacturer.Itreferstosterilizationofprosthesesandspecifiesrequirementsforlabellingandpackaging.Italsoprovidesdefinitionsoftermsincommonuse.2ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifyalltheperformanceordimensionalcharacteristics,butitdoesincludemethodsforverifyingthatthenominalvaluesdisclosedbythemanufacturerarewithinthepermittedtolerances.Theserecommendationsdonotpurporttocompriseacompletetestprogram.3ForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,thedisclosureoftestmethods,resultsandotherinformationonrequestshallrelatesolelytorequestsfromaNationalRegulatoryAuthoritywithresponsibilityforsurgicalimplants.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytohumandonortissuedevicessuchascryopreservedvessels.Alsoexcludedareallpatches,pledgetsandstents.
