【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiestolerances,deformationsandclearancesthatpertaintotheproduction,assemblyanderectionofadjustablepalletrackingincludingtheinteractionwithfloors.Thesetolerances,deformationsandclearancesareofimportanceinensuringtheconditionsfortheproperinteractionofthehandlingequipmentandtheunitloadwiththeadjustableracking.Theinteractionconditionsarealsoofimportanceindeterminingthereliabilityofthestoragesystemtoensurethatthechanceofanindustrialtruckimpact,palletimpactorasystembreakdownisacceptablylow.Thisstandardappliestosingledeepadjustablebeampalletrackingoperatedwithindustrialtrucksorstackercranes.Thisstandardgivesguidanceforavarietyofissuesincludingoperatingclearances,manufacturing,assemblyanderectiontolerancelimitations,aswellasdeflectionorstraindeformationlimitationsunderloads.Thisstandardspecificallyexcludesthetolerances,deformationsandclearances,ofthetrucksandstackercranes.Itistheresponsibilityofthetruckorstackercranesupplierandtheclientorusertoensurethatthetolerances,deformationsandclearances,asquotedinthestandardfortherackingsystems,areacceptableforthesafeoperationoftheoverallsystem.Tolerances,deformationlimitationsandclearancesaredefinedinrelationtothefunctionalrequirements,whicharelargelygovernedbythehandlingequipmenttobeusedbypersonnel,trainedandqualifiedascompetent,inthecorrectuseofthehandlingequipmentinassociationwiththespecifictypeofrackingsystem.Thisstandardshallalsobereadinaccordancewiththelatestguidancefromthetruckandstackercranesuppliersregardingturningradii,tolerances,deformationsandclearancesofthetruckandstackercranes.
